Ford Creek Booking/Refund Policy

We require a 50% deposit to secure your vacation or holiday. Bookings will be placed in the order of deposits received. The balance of your trip money will be due by credit card 30 days in advance of your arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.

When a guest books a trip with us and requests a particular guide, we will make every attempt to have that guide available for you. However, we do not guarantee any particular guide. No refunds for unused services, early/unforeseen departures, cancellation by guest for any reason or airline problems that may arise. Adventure Travel Assumption of Risk forms are mandatory for all guests to sign upon arrival at the ranch.

Gratuity

Tipping is not mandatory and certainly a personal choice on the part of our guests. The most commonly asked question by guests each week is “what should I leave for the guide and staff?” Management suggests that each guest budget about 15% of the price of the trip with us, to be split amongst your wrangler, housekeeper, chef and groundsheeper. Our seasoned staff is exceptionally competent and courteous and will greatly appreciate a modest gratuity. Note: please feel free to use your credit card, cash or traveler’s checks for gratuities.

Confirmation

Your itinerary will be finalized in writing, prior to your arrival, to allow us to have proper guides retained for your trip.

Cocktails

Glasses and unlimited crushed ice is supplied daily to your cabin for evening “sundowners”. We request that you supply your own spirits. You may personally make arrangements to have custom orders of wine delivered to the ranch by FedEx. Liquor is available in Augusta.

Pets

Your pets may not be compatible with livestock and wildlife, so we must ask that you leave them at home.

Schedule Changes

We reserve the right to change the day-to-day itinerary due to bad weather, riders ability and unforseen circumstances beyond our control.
